In a job that can be hard to turn off, Stephanie takes great care to find balance. When she's at work, she works. At home, though, her focus is on her family. iPhones go off at dinner. Stephanie and her husband take "marital PTO days." And she aims to be present in the moment. Her trick? "Love what you do and you’ll always find the time to do it," she says.
