There are only two requirements to be featured on  I Want Her Job ::

  • First, you must be a woman. Sorry guys, like walking around in patent leather red high heels, this is something only for girls. That said, you are more than welcome to read the site. In fact, I want you to.
  • Second, you have to really truly love your job. I want to provide an honest depiction of each industry and spread some positive ju-ju along the way. So, if you’re not gushing about your job at least once a week, or if you have a boss channeling Ari Gold on a daily basis, you might want to start looking at a position you will really love. What better place to start than by reading about why other women like their jobs?

From there you will receive a questionnaire and a chance to become the next woman explaining just how awesome her job is to women everywhere — just like you.
